At UIN Footwear, we want you to love your art-inspired shoes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original artistic packaging and ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
